Returns
We will happily accept returns of any full boxes of tiles that are kept in stock at our warehouse within 2 weeks. Under no circumstances can we accept returns of non-stock ranges. A 15% handling charge may apply to cover costs.
Delivery
If you have asked us to deliver your order, we may either send them in a van or they may be sent via a pallet courier. When delivering with a van the driver will take them inside to the nearest possible area, they cannot take them upstairs or long distances. If the delivery is kerbside then a lorry will drop them at the kerb near to your house, if possible they may take them onto the drive.
Storage
We can only store your order at our warehouse for a maximum of 10 days unless agreed otherwise. Orders need to be collected or delivered as soon as possible to prevent breakages and keep storage space to a maximum.
Area measurement
One of our staff members will be able to advise on how many tiles you will require. We always recommend asking the fitter to let you know how many they will need. We cannot guarantee that the working out will be 100% accurate due to factors such as incorrect measurements, extra wastage due to setting out and possible breakages by the fitter.
Tile shades/batches
Tiles are manufactured in batches and every time a new production takes place the tiles can slightly vary in colour and even size. This is why it is important that when the tiles are fitted, they are all from the same batch. The batch number can be found on the box. It is important that these are checked as claims cannot be made after tiles have been fitted. If the same tile is ordered at different times we cannot guarantee that the 2nd order will be from the same batch although we can request that they are.
Quality
Although our tiles are sourced from good quality manufacturers and distributors there are rare times where quality may not be up to standard .It is the customers responsibility and the tile fitter to make sure that the goods ordered are suitable for the purpose required and that they are of a satisfactory quality.
Orders
It is important that the customer checks the goods listed on the invoice to make sure that the goods and the prices are correct.
Order delivery times
When tiles are ordered in and are not available from stock we will quote a period in which we hope that they will arrive. This is only ever an estimate and there are times where it may take longer than hoped. There are many circumstances out of our control where delays may be possible for example production delays.
